1. Acceptance of Terms

• By creating an account, accessing, or using Neuroakashic Connect™, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neuroakashic Technologies™.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

• Neuroakashic Connect™ is an experiential wellness technology platform designed for personal exploration and educational purposes.

• Our services include AI-powered Superbrain Map analyses, consciousness exploration sessions, wellness assessments, and related digital content.

• The platform is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

• Access to certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase processed securely through Stripe, Inc.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.

• You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Neuroakashic Technologies™, its users, or third parties.

• You are solely responsible for the content you submit or share through the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, technology, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Neuroakashic Connect™ platform are the exclusive property of Neuroakashic Technologies™ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• The Neuroakashic Connect™ methodology, Superbrain Map system, and related innovations are proprietary and patent pending.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (stripe.com/legal) and Privacy Policy (stripe.com/privacy).

• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@neuroakashicconnect.app within 7 days of purchase to request a refund.

• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.

• You agree not to: use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the platform.

• You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.

• You agree not to: upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

• You agree not to: harass, threaten, or harm other users or our staff.

• You agree not to: use the platform to promote illegal activities or violate any applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

• Neuroakashic Connect™ is a wellness exploration tool and does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

• Results from sessions and analyses are for personal exploration purposes only and may vary between individuals.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neuroakashic Technologies™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Privacy

10. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

• Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@neuroakashicconnect.app.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
